can only offer Cement at present from allocations with
Indonesian, Ukrainian and Russian Oriign.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices will
be quoted FOB. We will require the buyer's
letter expressing an interest to purchase on
his letterhead with full specification of produce. Target
Prices behind the market trend will not be entertained
and such requests DECLINED.

direct by the DLC issuer in extreme circumstances -
